Shipping & Returns

  • How long in advance should I place my order before the wedding day?

    We recommend placing your dress order three months before the big day! This will allow ample time for you to receive your dress and get any alterations that might be required. Your timeline is important to us. If you have questions please contact our customer care team at [email protected] who are happy to assist!

  • Do you accept returns?

    Our last-minute dresses are eligible for returns but they must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of your dress to be eligible for a return. The dress must remain unworn, unaltered and with tags still attached for us to accept your return. We will then process the return successfully and refund you the total amount if you meet all of the guidelines and criteria. Before you ship your last-minute dress return, you must contact customer service via email at [email protected] or phone at 800-538-5633 to let our team know you will be starting a return. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the last-minute dress to us and postmarked to: ATTN: Bill Levkoff 44 S Broadway FL 11 White Plains, NY 10601 Our made-to-order dresses are cut to order with meticulous attention to detail. Due to this, we do not accept made-to-order dress returns. Our swatches are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.   • What are last-minute dresses?

    Need a dress quick? Our last-minute dresses are in-stock and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery will be based off of your chosen shipping method that can be selected at checkout. Our last-minute dress program is created of our most popular styles and colors, but limited to quantities on hand. Our last-minute dresses are returnable too! They must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of your dress to be eligible for a return. The dress must remain unworn, unaltered and with tags still attached for us to accept your return. We will then process the return successfully and refund you the total amount if you meet all of the guidelines and criteria.   • How can I find out the status of my order?

    You can check your order status by accessing your Bill Levkoff account or reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] with the order number in your email title. They are happy to give you the most up to date information on the status of your order!

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Our made-to-order dresses can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. Our last-minute dresses and swatches can be cancelled within one hour of order placement. To cancel your order, you can log into your account and cancel your order within the cancellation window in your account history. If you ordered as a guest, please reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] with the words "CANCELLATION REQUEST: ORDER NUMBER" in the email title. When the order has been successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation and a refund on your order total. Please allow several business days for processing of this refund. If your dress is already being manufactured, we may not be able to cancel your order. We want you to get the dress you love, so please reach out to us if you need assistance!

  • Can I add onto my order after it has been placed?

    After your order has been placed, you only have three business days to have the opportunity for additions and adjustments to your order. If you have requested changes to your order within the three business days, we are able to cancel your order so you can place a new order with all your needed requests. If it has passed the three business days, we are unable to accommodate. Please reach out to [email protected] for any additional assistance.

  • Do you offer group discounts?

Sizing & Fit

  • What if I am between sizes? Help!

    Oh no! We totally understand how this can be a tough decision. We recommend that you choose the largest of the two sizes that you are in-between. From there, you can tailor the dress to fit the other measurements of your body with assistance from a trusted seamstress.

  • What if I receive my dress and it doesn't fit?

    Since our dresses are special order only, all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges. But we want to help! Please reach out to customer care team at [email protected] to see if we are able to get the dress you need in time! Please include your order number and wedding date within the email.

  • Are your dresses available in extra length?

    Sometimes extra length is needed and we are happy to make that happen! All our dresses may be ordered in extra length (5” additional) or double extra length (10” additional). Please note that the extra length is added to the bottom of the skirt.

  • Can you provide me with extra fabric?

    Yes, we are always happy to provide you with extra fabric. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] and they are happy to put in a personal request for extra fabric. If you have shopped our dresses at a store, please contact the store where you made your dress purchase. They can advise you on pricing and place a fabric order for you.
